Parking Cars to Support NeighborCorps!

Organizers for the Middlesex County Carnival contacted the Reformed Church of Highland Park (RCHP) and offered a donation of $6,000 if the church could muster a group to act as parking attendants at this popular annual event. The congregation jumped at the opportunity! Nearly 80 RCHP members spent an amazing 900 volunteer hours managing the parking lot for some 90,000 visitors to the Carnival over a seven day period. Many thanks to all who participated! RCHP donated $4,000 to Neighborcorps Reentry Services and set aside $2,000 to the RCHP youth group. Thanks to all the volunteers!
